What is ResuMax?

ResuMax is a comprehensive career platform designed specifically for software engineers, product managers, designers, and ML engineers navigating the competitive tech job market. Rather than functioning as a simple resume editor, it covers the entire job application funnel from building and scoring resumes against recruiter screening systems, to tailoring content for specific job descriptions, generating cover letters, and providing interview preparation including coding and system design coaching. The platform was built by Erik Cupsa, an ex-Amazon software engineer, who experienced both sides of the hiring pipeline and designed ResuMax to help candidates pass automated screening filters that often reject qualified applicants before human review.
