What is Freu AI?

Freu AI is a desktop automation agent for Mac that replaces both brittle traditional RPA and expensive cloud-vision agents. Instead of sending screenshots to the cloud on every run, Freu AI watches you perform a workflow once, compiles it into a reusable deterministic DSL (Domain Specific Language) via its Semantic UI (SUI) engine, and then executes it locally — permanently eliminating recurring API token costs. The underlying browser automation engine, freu-cli, is open-sourced and can be embedded into third-party agents. Freu AI is built by Supercritical AI Inc. and targets developers, operations teams, and power users who run repetitive cross-app tasks daily.
