Product Overview
What is Decawork?
Decawork is an enterprise platform for bringing employee-built AI agents under IT control. Teams can onboard agents created with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, assign them company-managed identities and scoped credentials, and require approval before deployment or sensitive actions. The platform provides centralized visibility into agent activity, monitors runs for failures or suspicious behavior, and lets IT pause or retire agents throughout their lifecycle.
Key Features
Centralized Agent Inventory
Manage internal AI agents built across different development tools through one IT-controlled workspace.
Company-Managed Identities
Give each agent its own company identity and scoped credentials instead of relying on an employee's personal access.
Access Governance
Control the tools, data, and actions available to each agent through an IT-managed access gateway.
Approval Workflows
Require IT sign-off before agents go live and gate sensitive actions behind human approval.
Action Auditability
Log and attribute agent activity so IT teams can review what each agent did and when.
Lifecycle Monitoring
Monitor agent runs, receive alerts for failures or suspicious activity, and pause or retire agents when needed.
Use Cases
- Productionizing Internal Agents : Move agents built by employees from local prototypes into company-managed production systems.
- Agent Access Control : Grant internal agents only the permissions required to work with company applications, services, and data.
- Sensitive Workflow Oversight : Keep human approval in the loop when agents need to perform consequential actions.
- Security and Compliance Audits : Review attributed logs of agent actions to support investigation, governance, and accountability requirements.
- Operational Reliability : Detect failed runs and suspicious behavior early while maintaining agents independently of their original creators.
