Marvis is a system-level personal assistant developed by Tencent's Yingyongbao team, designed to operate at the operating system layer rather than as a conventional app. It deploys six specialized built-in Agents — covering file management, system configuration, app operations, web search, browser interaction, and task orchestration — that work in parallel to fulfill complex user requests. Marvis supports both an Efficiency Mode (cloud + local hybrid for speed) and a Privacy Mode (fully on-device with zero file uploads), and enables cross-device control so users can operate their PC remotely from an Android phone. The platform also supports customizable Skill packs to tailor workflows for specific professional needs.
